Any idea on how harmful/dangerous the 6th house from moon is?

Tinker, as I'm also a learner, I'll try to relate it with my horoscope & even I'd wish to see replies from other learned persons as well!
As 6th is defined as Ripu sthaanam (Ari bhaavam) Ripu or Ari means our Shatru (enemies) our obstacles are our 1st enemies! So, only malefic Grahaas like Saturn, Raahu & Ketu & Mercury does good I think! because we've a notion on negative of negative is a positive! If Mars is placed over there, it aspects Moon with 8th aspect! it's not good for this you've to see Moon's placement w.r.t Ascendant! If Saatvika Grahaas like Sun, Jupiter are placed over there It's really bad! I respect a horoscope if Jupiter has harmonious aspect of Dev Guru (Jupiter) any of his aspect is a great blessing! but you've to see Jupiter's placement & with whom Jupiter is & Jupiter's dispositor & Jupiter's constellation!
Now, why I said Jupiter, Sun's placement are inharmonious because they're Saatvik by nature! & 6-8 (Shastaashtaka) relation is not good with this Rajasic Moon, Sadly I've this! Jupiter - Sun conjunction in Sagittarius in 6th from Moon! but the problem in this placement is not just 6-8 relation! this Jupiter is my 9th lord from Moon i.e., Pisces Jupiter placed in 6th in Sagittarius w.r.t. my Natal Moon in cancer! 9th lord in 6th is worst! not at all a good sign! in regards to Spirituality & great things! but the only positive was this Sagittarius being my Lagna!
But in your case even though nodes are afflicting Moon, you've harmonious aspect of Jupiter this is indeed a blessing in a horoscope! & its dispositor is also receiving an harmonious aspect from Jupiter. But only thing I couldn't judge in your horoscope is, Is Jupiter aspect as a 3rd lord & 6th lord good or not good! I don't know how to interpret his aspects as a 3rd lord & 6th lord! vaguely I may say with my mere understanding, but I can't bang on it for sure!

Conclusion: Malefic Grahaas like Saturn, Raahu & Ketu & even Mercury is good I suppose but as I said their ruling houses are very important! As a 7th lord Saturn from Moon placing in 6th is not good for marriage! So, we need to see it specifically!

PS: If Mars is 8th from Moon, as 8th aspect of Mars is a negative one it's bad! you can see a post by Joyd bhaiyya on Special aspects & this Mars aspects! but if Moon itself is badly placed or afflicted in a horoscope receiving this 8th aspect would still be worse I think! here the effects would be still negative I think, because it's adding of negatives, i.e., a negative value with greater in magnitude!

At the very basic level, I guess, 6th Lord and 6th rashi and planets in it cause us obstacles, problems, stand in the way of our happiness and fulfilment. My 6th Lord from Lagna is Jupiter and it is in enemy sign in 9th house with low dignity. I've had difficult experiences with Jupiter things like public organised religion. I would say the moral side of my Jupiter is severely damaged. But the amoral/intellectual side of my Jupiter functions fairly well. It has given me global travel, education abroad etc.,

Interestingly for my chart and for everyone with Aquarius moon, the 6th Lord from moon is moon itself. This actually means that moon qualities/tendencies are acting against moon. I would like to understand how this would play out in my life. From the Lagna, this moon is the 10th Lord in the 5th house (kendra Lord in a Kona house) which is really good. I'm trying to reconcile these two aspects of my moon. Any ideas on this?

In your chart, sun Jupiter in 6th from moon is not so bad I think as both sun and Jupiter are in good dignity so in good mood have good moral sense. Or there could be experiences where having good moral sensibilities could in a way act against your moon and cause emotional conflicts.

Also, 6-8 relationship is bad as you say. I have Venus debilitated in 8th from moon and it is creating problems for sure to my emotional wellbeing.

From the Lagna, this moon is the 10th Lord in the 5th house (kendra Lord in a Kona house) which is really good. I'm trying to reconcile these two aspects of my moon. Any ideas on this?

As 10th lord from lagna it's travelling 8 houses from its own house! it could mean there will be 8th house related experiences like sudden events happening in your thoughts! On a sudden thoughts might transform!
possibility is there! as a 10th lord (Kendra lord) placed in Kona is a good placement! but it's in enemies home! & also afflicted with nodes! So, it needs over look in that aspect! I've less understanding on conjunctions & that to with nodes, I don't want to comment on it!

Because Jupiter in any chart is a Naisargika Saphalavaan! (Natural beneficial graha) but I've mere understanding on dual lordship & I've to analyze Jupiter as a functional malefic how he acts!

Tinker, could you please elaborate on dignity & what do you mean it in a literal sense! Do you mean Jupiter in my chart as a 1st lord & 4th lord in 1st house, thus good dignity?!

No doubt in it! It's true! because 6th is about conflicts, as Moon represents emotions & thoughts as Jupiter - Sun is in 6th from my Moon, it causes conflicts w.r.t. good moral sensibilities!
That's why I've told that, I respect a horoscope if Moon receives a harmonious aspect from Jupiter!
Tinker on what basis did you say it's in good dignity in my chart!

Here, Moon & Venus are forming 8 - 6 relation. So, I think transformations of your thoughts (i.e., w.r.t. Moon related things) are inharmonious with Venus related things thus it creates problems in emotional well being as you said. But Moon - Venus forming 6 - 8 relation is quite different, Moon creates conflicts with Venus related things!
Venus is your Yogakaaraka w.r.t. Chandralagna, 9th lord debilitation in 8th will also creates problem! but as it's in 8th & that too in Virgo it gives interest in research! Virgo is a very good sign for analysis!

Aquarius is neutral sign for moon not enemy sign. Moon has no enemies. It's Saturn who hates moon so Saturn in cancer would be enemy sign.

Dignity is a function of the relationship the tenant planet has with the Lord of the sign. Jupiter in Sag is in own sign. Sun in Sag is in friend's sign. So, good dignity. My Jupiter is in enemy mercury's sign Gemini. So, bad dignity.

Good dignity means the planet is in a place in which it can function really well. It's natural character is harmonious with the natural character of the sign it is placed in. So, it's in a very good mood and behaves well.

Bad dignity means the planet is in a place in which it can not function well. It's natural character is at odds with the natural character of the sign it is placed in. So, it gets irritated and is in a bad mood and brings difficult situations and puzzling circumstances.

It's Saturn who hates moon so Saturn in cancer would be enemy sign.

Did you observe something here, Cancer contains his own constellation & his great friend's constellation & some part of Jupiter's constellation which is his neutral! over all lordship of this zodiac sign is an enemy to him! but no enemity with the lord's constellations

Thoughts suddenly transforming - has happened to me. It happened mainly during my Mercury sub period. Mercury is the 8th Lord from moon.

I have experienced conflicting emotions.

The Jupiter in my chart owning 3rd and 6th in 9th in enemy sign is very troublesome for sure. I've experienced it. Being a natural benefic, it probably saved me from greater dangers. I don't know.

From my experience (I'm running Venus subperiod right now), Venus related things are causing trouble to my moon for sure.

W.r.to nakshatras, I think they should be treated separately. They can't be mixed up with signs or analysed like signs are. This is just my view. You are free to disagree. But, hey, you were just making an observation.

I'm in Mercury Mahaadasha - Venus Antardasha, Sun Antardasha starts from November 2018! By the way Sun is my 9th lord posited in Ascendant with Ascendant lord!

I got an analogy, there's a house which our enemy owns, in his house there's possibility that we may like some people's room (who're related to the enemy). I hope this would make sense!

Frankly speaking I've emotional conflicts daily! I'll not have mental piece! So, at that time also I might've emotional conflicts, but not as much as I have now! I think, as Venus is my 6th lord aspecting Moon, says that I'll be having emotional conflicts specially now in this period since I'm running Venus Antardasha!
But in sub period of Jupiter under Saturn's main period wasn't that much because that was the time when I was in 11th & 12th (was serious in my studies) but when you asked about Saturn - Jupiter, Moon effects would be negligible in that period, isn't it?

Yes indeed, but Is it true to conclude as follows:
As Venus is 6th from Ascendant which represents conflicts, obstacles & so on, Moon represents our emotions. Can we conclude that I'll suffer through emotional conflicts as they're in mutual aspect & I'm running Venus Antardasha?

Yes, I think you can conclude that. Also, Venus hates moon. So, Venus things are naturally at odds with moon things. That is also an added trouble.
