Place: Chennai
Time : 02:45 am

Have been working in an IT company for little less than 13 years in Chennai. I have the following questions:

a) Should I switch to new job? If yes, then should it be within Chennai?
b) Should I try for onshore opportunities? If yes, when and what type of countries?

Your help is much appreciated as I am in state of constant confusion over this.
