weak 7th house.

Dear Astrologers,
I have a question regarding my 7th house.

First of all, I know my 7th house is weak because 7th lord is debilitated, Saturn aspects both 7th house and 7th lord. However, Jupiter, although a functional malefic, aspects my 7th lord. Jupiter's aspect is considered a blessing, isn't it?
Also, Rahu sits in the 7th house and he gives me 'feelings of love' with random people and that just goes waste, because they are just passing clouds in my life.
How strong is Rahu in my chart? Does Rahu placed in nakshatra of Venus give any benefits in relationship?
I have heard that the house where Rahu sits is supposed to be where most of our energy is spent (I read that in a similar forum but couldn't find the link) but that is just opposite in my case!

I have always had an inclination towards love marriage not because I am against arranged marriage but just as a personal choice. I respect all traditions and cultures.
