I have had a doubt regarding my time of birth. The other details are
29th December, 1989

The time on my birth certificate is 19:15, but i got another time from a source in my family as 19:43. The first one gives last navamsa lf gemini as lagna, the 2nd gives 2nd navamsa of cancer as lagna. Can somebody please help me fix the correct lagna, and also perhaps outline the basic things that can be predicted
