No good result even after Jupiter dasha

I suffered a lot during Rahu dasha professionally and mentally which ended last year in May. Even after Guru dasha I see no good results, same mental torture, bad health and unemployment. Is this going to continue throughout my life, will there be any good days ahead?. Below are my birth details.
