Spends too much. How to control it?

Dear Astrologers,

Namaste ! I am around looking for few answers. Details are below

DOB - 12/02/1980 (dd/mm/yyyy)
POB - Dhanbad, Jharkhand
TOB - 10:35 AM

Queries :-

1. Why so much spendthrift? I gave big shock to my friends when we were going of tea and in between a BMW showroom came and i bought one(completely unplanned) even when i had one luxury car. Later, I felt once this was not needed but said Ok.

2. I am looking for very high positions in Job. Their is so much politics is it there for me or not?

3. I want to change my job also. When i should go for it?

4. I always have an affection for business. I did it past. Now not pushing it more. When i should push it more?

5. Financially will i be good. Multi or simple Millionaire/Billionaires type?

I don't know reading chart. I read few post mentioning i couldnt get what all those terms means. So i posted.
