Opal ring should be worn on which finger??

I have a Opal placed in a silver ring which is for planet Venus
Atfer a lot of search on Internet I have found that Opal should be worn on middle finger but some says it should be worn on index finger.
Even Amitabh Bachhan and Aishwarya Bachhan wears it on index finger.
Also I heard that index finger belongs to Jupiter who is enemy of Venus and it is not good to wear Opal in index finger.
And middle finger belongs to Saturn who is a friend of Venus and it is better to wear Opal on middle finger.

So I am confused which is the right finger to wear a Opal ring whether on index or middle finger ??

Ring finger represents SUN which is enemy of Venus therefore gemstone relating to Venus shouldn't be worn on ring finger.
It is in USA where mostly diamond is worn on ring finger which causes most of the marriages to fail which is why we see so many divorce cases in USA. Indians are copying from USA and wears diamond ring on ring finger which is not good.

Diamond should be worn on middle finger which represents Saturn who is friend of Venus.

Venus's stones should be worn in the ring finger because both mars and venus represents passion.although they maybe enemies but their energies run through the same finger just like moon and mercury both from the little finger as they both represent mind.moon is the innocent mind and mercury is the analytical mind.middle finger represents lower energies as that of saturn and so wearing venus's stone in the middle finger though they both are friends may not fructify as much for venus because saturn is limits and venus is passion.look for the energy aspect instead of the planetary fingers aspect because if such were the case than venus's stone should be worn in the thumb finger because the mount of venus is in the thumb.hope it helped.
