Sun Moon Rahu conjunction in Aries 8th house

D.O.B: 21.04.85 5.08pm chennai. 32 years old divorcee female living with parents in Chennai and unemployed for past one year due to bad anemic and other bad health issues(obesity, varicose veins developing in left calf and ankles hence pain in legs always, bleeding gums in spite of good treatment and twice brushing habit, severe hair fall and depression with hypersexuality sometimes).

Mars dasa was the worst (lost younger brother due to cancer, another close relative who lived with us died in one year after brother passed away, sold the house lived for past 25 years and moved to small apartment, couldn't stick with one proper job successfully though performed well in all the jobs appointed, many heartbreaking relationships and divorce after 2 and half months married life arranged by parents) but had physical and mental strength to face all roller coaster type dynamic events. Now after mars dasa and rahu dasa has begun and i feel drained out completely and just wanna end the life sometimes.

I know that Rahu Sun and Moon in 8th house Aries for Virgo lagna is bad. Mars in 9th house Taurus did enough damage already. Venus exalted and retrograde in 7th house Pisces would not fetch big good things? Mercury debilitated is in the same house. Jupiter too debilitated in 5th house Capricorn is another drawback i believe. Ketu and Saturn combination in Libra 2nd house as per vakya panjang the old system but new online system shows ketu in 2nd house Libra and Saturn in 3rd house which is confusing to me.

This is a very very rough details i gathered out of obsession to know what exactly is wrong in my horoscope. I just want to know if anything at all good in my horoscope and what will be the thing for which I should hold on and continue to live.

I have no social life and in very bad terms with parents and relatives. I am visiting temples sometimes and i am dry fasting every ekadashi and visiting shiva temple during pradhosha to avoid negative thoughts but the health issue is making me demotivated to follow spiritual guidance too for a transformation. Will i become spiritual or the belief currently i have is it temporary?

Is neecha banga yoga fruitful in this horoscope or its low effective? What sort of career would be suitable or is it okay to start any small business or stock trading on own?

Can you see a married life in future or the health issue will be forever hence its like a horoscope which is destined to just live alone?

One of the main reasons why you are stressed out so much is because you are running rahu-rahu period and rahu and moon are closely conjuct. This will give unnecessary fear, anxiety etc... But this will get reduced once your rahu Jupiter starts in January 2019. There could be relationship prospects also during this time. Mars Dasha was bad because it was aspected by saturn to the degree. Also you have this opposition in navamsa as well. Mercury has neecha bhanga, but from my experience neecha bhanga will not work well for the person denoted by the planet, atleast in first half of the life. This is one of the reasons you have physical ailments. Worship laxhmi narasimha and don't lose hope.you can continue your Shiva worship as well.

Dear parthan praba,
Try this simple remedy to flush out the toxins in your system..Firstly avoid coffee and sugar in any form as much as possible and in between Dinner and break fast the next morning just take plain water and no beverages..Start with dinner at seven and automatically you start fasting for twelve hours if u take breakfast at 7 am next morning.Then after a few days of practice [ may be weeks] postpone the break fast by half an hour one hour ..so on. and after some time dinner at six and breakfast at 8 or 9 next morning..The next step is to eat as much organic fruits and vegetables raw for dinner. In a months time you will achieve 16 hours fasting daily and once you reach that sit in a proper erect posture and practice rhythmic conscious breathing.
in two months time many of your health issues will see a marked improvement. when ever u crave for food in between you can have water and take care not to drink it cold..IT HAS TO BE ROOM TEMPERATURE AND EVEN BETTER MILDLY WARM
