Vision is generally influenced by Venus while the eyes are represented by Sun and Moon. In the child’s chart Venus is in papakartari yoga. In addition, the bhava madhya of the 6th bhava is Moon aspects lagna directly and Venus is also in Moon’s nakshatra. The problem could therefore relate to fluids in the eyes.
Moon and Mars occupy the rogamsa in navamsa w.r.t. natal lagna making the planets sitting in their houses also becoming able to add to roga. Rahu and Ketu afflict the Sun and Moon resepectively.

I forgot my login details and didn't check your reply to my query. So we didn't perform skura shanti in 2016 as you predicted he had a major surgery for retinal detachment (left eye) in venus antara dasha.
all other astrology sites and astrologers said his eye problems are because of rahu, ketu and shani so we performed japa for those planets and navagraha homam in 2016 and we are doing monthly remedies for rahu and shani in the temple.
Recently we changed our son's name from ashvik to satvik and he is wearing garnet pendant and armlet.
me and my husband are doing daily prayers to sun and other gods.
Recently i saw your reply and immediately performed venus shanti pooja and japa for venus.
My son needs another surgery this year to remove the gel they placed during previous surgery and also he developed cataract on that particular eye. Right now he is not able to see with his left eye because of the gel and cataract.
Can you please check his chart one more time and please let me know if we have to do anything in particular or any particular time to avoid surgery, and also can you please tell me how his future is going to be regarding his eye health.

@ tylorechandra .. can you please predict my son's future eye health. Today he had an eye surgery to remove cataract and again there is retinal detachment in left eye and they fixed it today.Don't know how much vision he might get back for left eye. Very much worried about his future eye health. For some reason , prayers ,reiki , remedies not working in his case.

I am trying to contact you from past 5 months.You are the only person who predicted venus antardasha is bad for my son's eye health, all the other astrologers predicted that things will turn good in venus antardasha but things got worse. I will wait few days for your reply since the surgery is already done. Can you please analyse my son's chart and let me know if there is anything we can do.

The sequence of dasas and transits show a brief periods of improvement after October 2nd week till end 2020. Subsequently, things may go back to being not good for the left eye.
The software I am using also gives Simha Lagna only. The data indicates that daylight saving is being used.
You have mentioned the use of Garnet. Is it proving helpful? I am told that Garnet is a stone associated with Rahu, hence my query. Is it being used in consultation with an astrologer?

Generally there are two types of chart making. One is tropical and the other sidereal.
Vedic astrology uses sidereal often. About 23deg deducted from tropical ascendant
would put the lagna in simha. This deduction is the difference between the tropical
and the vedic. All predictions made in this forum are vedic.

I analyze chart with K.P.System of astrology. Your Son's lagna falls in Virgo. Correct.
Lagna sputa cusp falls in uttaraphalguni nk and in sub of Rahu, and Rahu in Purvashada nk
Lets check his time of birth, is it correct ?
Ravi in nirayana rasi in 9th but goes to 8th and Rahu represents Guru in 4th ( Rahu also represents Shukra) in his chart, time of birth is correct.

Thank you sir, so moon antardasha might bring up problems to left eye again. Can you also check for the right eye , since it has high myopia and 2 laser procedures done to retina as protective thing. Next antardasha after venus is sun which represents right eye.
I don't want the surgery to be done on 26th june as number 8 is not good and also my son is 8 yrs old now and also there is conjunction of venus with rahu form mid june till july 9th but here we can't make decisions

It all started with severe myopia of -15 for both the eyes when my son is 2 1/2 yrs.After that the doctors are regularly checking the retina and in 2016 oct 8th they did laser procedure for both the eyes as to protect the retina and prevent tear but our bad luck on oct 31st retina got detached in the left eye and they operated on Nov 2nd 2016 and placed silicone oil in left eye , and he developed cataract in left eye due to surgery and on june 26th 2018 they said they will remove the cataract and do the implant and will also remove the oil if the retina is in healthy condition but again due to our bad luck when they opened the eye they saw retina was detached again and they fixed it. Really worried about his eyesight as both the eyes has severe issues.How his life is going to be regarding eye health? It's definitely due to bad karma because no one in the family have this serious of eye issues and he is not pre- term baby.
Please let us know what is causing repeated trouble. @TKC sir , After seeing your first response we performed homam for venus in march 2018 but it didn't help much, and i also want to write something that i felt. When my son is under 2 1/2 yrs we don't have any idea that he had that severe myopia because he never acted like that only thing is he never use to watch tv or other screens, we took doctor appointment when his daycare teacher mentioned that he was looking closer when he was eating his food.Nov 14th 2012 is the day when he was diagnosed with severe myopia.It's immediately after new moon (diwali) and again 1st retinal detachment on oct 31st 2016 immediately after diwali. Any connection to the sufferings?

I too have severe myopia .. due to some pregnancy treatments I lost some vision on my left eye. I am not an astrologer. I strongly suggest to go Sreedharyeeam Cochin , Ayurvedic institute where they stabilize the Vision. I am not promoting that center but personally I have been there and lot of improvements are there.
There is no proper medications in allopathy for eyes. Please google about Sreedharyeeam and get appointment, . Spent around 20 days . He will find lot of improvements.once you go there you can find all sorts of people are coming n taking treatment.
I lost the hope initially now I have some hope that I will not go blind with these treatments.. Keep pray to Vishnu

With regard to the right eye, things will tend to be better. Presence of rogakaraka Saturn in the 2nd house, the placement of the 2nd lord Mercury in retrograde motion with the Sun in the 9th (8th from the 2nd) and Sun in the nakshatra of Venus are the negativities associated with the right eye. But the Sun is strongly placed and Jupiter aspects the 2nd house. The two together can put the situation under control.
The only commonality in the two dates you have mentioned (14th Nov 2012 and 31st Oct 2016) is that on both dates Sun, Moon and Venus are all weak. Moon is debilitated, combust and in Graha yuddha with Rahu and in papakartari yoga with Venus in debilitation on the 14th instant while the Sun was debilitated, Moon was combust, both in the nakshatra of Rahu and in the Rasi of Venus (Tula) on the 31st. Also Venus was very close to Saturn and in papakartari yoga on the 31st. Dasa on the 14th was Rahu-Sat-Rahu and on the 31st Rahu-Ketu-Saturn. In addition, Mercury was associated with Moon on both dates, an indication that the right eye was also tagged along.
The homa was performed when Venus was in its exaltation sign and in the 8th house of the chart while the dasa was Rahu-Venus-Rahu (Rahu is in the nakshatra of Venus in the chart and in Moon’s sign in transit). Some positive result would definitely have resulted (May be with no visible action).
Regarding shapas, there is nothing in the Son’s horoscope or the mother’s horoscope. There is no shapa as such seen in the father’s horoscope also but the 5th house of the father’s chart shows the presence of both the 6th and 8th lords in the 5th house as also Saturn being combust in the same house. Apart from, remedies... for his Retina related issue... your son has to consume daily
Nagpur Oranges or Malta oranges... Protects Retina from bleeding or tearing
And, he has to avoid directly seeing with naked eyes... Direct Sun, T.V, Handheld phone displays, flash light, Neon lights, Crackers bursting etc

We want to take him to sreedharyeeam before all these surgeries and every thing when we first heard about his myopia but after looking at the videos on their website we were not sure because he won't cooperate for that treatments.( eye bath with warm melted ghee) so right now there is no other option other than allopathy.
