Job change

Hello All,
From past 4 years I'm working in a company in technical field.
And from 2-3 months I am feeling very frustrated due to no growth in my career. Sometimes I feel to quit the job immediately. Can anyone please suggest is this the right time to change the job. Each and every day I feel frustrated going to office.
Will I get a better job. What is the right time to change the job.please advice

You are in the Rahu maha dasa and Mars antar dasa. There can be developments related to travels, change of place, home and property but for profession there is stress for job through 2018. There can be some chances for job during March and April.

But I have read that during Dasa transition we should not change the job or start any new work. or-else there would be issue in future.
Please let me Know if I can change the job at this point of time.
And wanted to know if there will be any discontinue or any issue related to my job in future.

People do get jobs with change of antar dasa or Maha dasa. Issues will be there depending on the strength and weakness of maha dasa lord and antar dasa lord. I cannot comment on long term.

I have mentioned in my reading there is stress for you through 2018. Since you sound desperate I found a probable period where you can have chances for landing a new job.
