Whichever house sani sits is where you will struggle and get delays as thats the gifts you didnt respect in previous life. so it will take time to achieve

whichever house ragu sits is the house where you had unfulfilled wishes that you get to enjoy now

whichever house ketu sits is the house where you enjoyed it and not that interested now.

By house, do you mean bhav?
If sani rahu conjunct then wouldnt it be a contraction?

House is bhava

Sani ragu together (i have it) then the bhava properties will different.

If sani and ragu together in 9th house, maybe ur higher studies will be delayed and Father related unfulfilled desires

I also have Sani+rahu in my 10th sign of leo in rasi but it goes to 9th bhava. For me higher studies completed by 25(within 2 yrs) and with father also have good relation.

Maybe you have jup or venus of single mercury or full moon aspect.
Or lagna lord protecting the bhava. Usually ragu break the bhava he is in.
