I just wana know why i am not able to concentrate on my studies. I have signed up for UPSC coaching and i set my targets very ambitiously but the very next day i am totally distracted. By night i start crying inside and cursing myself for not accomplishing my targets. This has been my habit but now i am tired.Already wearing a panna (emerald). Please help.. I get depressed at times. All my friends have risen up in their status and i am still at the same place. I am intelligent good at speaking skills but i am not able to concentrate on my studies at all.

I try very hard to concentrate but then there are songs playing in my mind ... I am failing to accomplish anything
