I would like to know when I can permanently settle in US. I am here for the last 5 yrs and my green card is getting delayed. Can you help me to know by when I will get green card and switch jobs. my details:

The ascendant is placed exactly on the edge of two signs. It needs to be confirmed by birth time rectification.
