Hi,
My Mars(AK) which is also Lagna Lord(Scorpio Ascendant) is in Gandanta in Pisces Zodiac, conjunct with Sun and Mercury. I have done a lot of research but I am unable to find out what are the effects and remedies for it.
Although I have seen quite a bit of struggles in my life, but it is not as bad as what I have read in texts. Can anyone please shed some light on this.

Your Mars is not in Pisces but cancer, 9th house, where Mars gets debilitated. Your moon is in Pisces, 5th house, but very close to the ascendant degree also known as MEP of house. Yours is around 21 deg. Moon is in a soothing and pleasing Revati nakshatra which has its own way of winning over people.
If you go by 15 degrees +/- the ascendant degree (MEP) as being the house boundaries then your lagnesh is not in Gandanta. In any case, to actually see effects of acute gandanta, the lagna, lagna lord and possibly Moon also has to be at the fire-water threshold.

Thank you Suresh ji. Another query I have is that I am facing lot of turbulence w.r.t careers and relationships. My theory is that this because of Ketu being debilitated in Navamsha Kundli(using pushyapksha ayanamsa). Is this the right reason and if yes will these conditions be there throughout life?
