past birth details can be known by studying 9th house. 9th house denotes the past life. 9th house carries the good fate from past life to present life. 8th house is 12th house to the 9th house, and carries bad fate from previous life to the current life.
What is the reason for re-birth? is known by 8th house. How? - In the previous birth, the 12th house (the present 8th house), could not give final emancipation. This is the reason of re-birth.

5th house denotes the future or next life. In the current birth, if 12th house cannot give final emancipation, then, the current 12th H becomes 8th H in the next birth.

But Maharshi Paraasha says that 5th house is Poorva Punya (Previous life good deeds). Could you please explain once more, how 9th house represents Past life?

So, by the above logic the Ascendant nature (tatwa) will be fixed!? i.e., it means a person born in Leo Ascendant will be born as Sagittarius Ascendant & then Aries Ascendant, so the cycle is infinite, thus the person Ascendant will be Fiery in every birth till we search for true self, is that what you mean!?

But see the interesting thing, Bhavat bhaavam (House to house relationship) of 5th is 9th, Bhavat bhaavam of 9th house is again 5th, so cycle is infinite.

See the beauty Bhavat bhaavam of 2nd house is 3rd, Bhavat bhaavam of 3rd is 5th, Bhavat bhaavam 5th is 9th, Bhavat bhaavam of 9th is 5th, again Bhavat bhaavam of 5th is 9th. So, we could infer that 5th 9th houses are becoming infinite cycle.

Now take 6th house, Bhavat bhaavam of 6th house is 11th house, Bhavat bhaavam of 11th house is again 9th house, Bhavat bhaavam of 9th is 5th house. So, this 5th, 9th house cycle is infinite.

Now take 12th house, Bhavat bhaavam of 12th house is 11th house, Bhavat bhaavam of 11th house is 9th house, again 5th, 9th house cycle is infinite.

Now take 8th house, Bhavat bhaavam of 8th is 3rd, Bhavat bhaavam of 3rd is 5th, Bhavat bhaavam of 5th is 9th, Bhavat bhaavam of 9th is again 5th, So cycle is infinite.

Now, Bhavat bhaavam of 1st is 1st, it's trivial, now take 4th house, Bhavat bhaavam of 4th house is 7th house, Bhavat bhaavam of 7th house is 1st house so cycle got stopped here in Ascendant.

Now take Bhavat bhaavam of 10th house, it's 7th house, again Bhavat bhaavam of 7th house is Ascendant, so the cycle got stopped.

So, the so called Vishnu Sthaan (Kendra sthaan) the cycle stops at 1st (Ascendant) which is suppose to be the true self, So, what I'm thinking is if we leave all Punya (5th,9th) and paapas (Bad deeds) we will attain 1st house that is Kendra sthana (Parabrahma)

It's just a self speculation, the analysis could be wrong but something i just got it, I would like to listen other views on this

Both are incorrect. Where are you getting all these stuffs??! At least apply some basic logic and thought of your own even if you haven't read anything.

The counting of houses is 1 to 12, anti-clockwise. Why? Its meant to signify progression of YOU, the lagna or self, thru-out this life. 5th is blessings from past lives, children, basic education, etc. It directly links to the 11th house. Why? Your basic education is supposed to connect to type of profession i.e. service job or business (6th ) , the work effort you put in (10th) and results or gains thereof (11th).

Position of Sun in the chart, as well as how the lagna progresses thru a day - read it clockwise. Sun in 1st, 12th, 11th, 10th, 9th , 8th and maybe 7th? You can immediately say, its a daytime birth. Understand these practical things first. Its all driven by earth's and other planets' motion around the Sun, Moon's around the earth and effects thereof.

Vivek Surya is correct - 5th house of purva punya, children, completion of education (this itself can mean VARIOUS things - a basic degree, or vocational training, or in tribal societies coming of age and ready to earn, etc.). 9th house is higher education, or acquisition of specialized skill sets. Again applicable mostly during kaliyug. There weren't a lot of PhDs during the rishis time.

One more CONCEPTUAL thing - it is anti-clockwise because its supposed to indicate reverse countdown of the available time you have in this life. Starting from birth, you live for X years, and Y days, until your last breath when you eventually die. That's why we call it 'rat-race' -racing against the clock to get things done, and taking karmic balance to Zero (hopefully) before you exit.
