As per Jaimini, you start Capricorn mahadasha in Sept 2019, your DK (Sun) sits in the sign of capricorn in the Navamsha. This dasha runs until Sept 2022, so between Sept 2019 to Sept 2022 you have multiple windows when you could start a significant relationship. As saturn aspect is involved even when you get a relationship there will be some delays in solidifying the relationship and the key for you is to be really patient.

Gamma-Saturn MD-saturn AD-venus period ,i.e 3-10-2020 to 31-3-2020 & Luminaries periods , i.e from 31-3-2020 to 28-8-2021 are favourable for your marriage.In the same way the jupiters PD in saturn-saturn also good for marriage too.[10-4-2022 to 8-9-2022].Among these i don't have faith on venus periods as he is placed in debilitation and also in 12th from the lagna.A weak lagna lord can't promote the event successfully.so depend on Luminaries PD,s for gunshot marriage event. I can see a late marriage but not denial of marriage.

Others have already indicated here that Venus is not well placed in chart and D-9, what further compounds the problem there is the exchange of signs between Me (12th lord) and Sun (11th lord). Also Venus is afflicted by Ketu in D9. The saving grace is that Jupiter positively influences the 3-7-11 Kama trikona and that Jupiter and Moon are in Kendra to whatever is happening in the 12th house. Though Jupiter is well placed in both D1 and D9, since he is lord of 6th house he is powerless to give marriage.

Saturn dasa that starts in second half of 2019 is most likely to finally see some progress on the marriage front. It is an irony that he is the prime cause of delay due to influence on 7th house in both D1 and D9 and he himself will cause the event of marriage to happen during the lifetime. Saturn is empowered to give marriage since he is the dispositor of Mars (7th lord in D1) in Navamsa and is also the yogakaraka for Libra lagna.

The key issue in your chart is that the 2-6-10 artha houses and spoiled due to the Mars Ketu affliction that happens in the 2nd house. Mars is in nakshatra of Mercury (9th and 12th lord), you may have to work hard to develop the significations of the second house - family, speech and stored wealth. My take is that whatever progress you see on the financial front is likely to happen through spouse/in laws.

Suggestion would be to develop qualities of Jupiter (grace, wisdom, good speech, higher learnings and philosophy) to counter the effects of Mars Ketu combine in the 2nd house which are also impacting Mercury, the planet of communication due to being in Kendra. You are going to need some of these qualities for sustenance of relationships and marriage. With the long wait (in your own words), I am sure you must have imbibed some of these qualities in the meanwhile.

Wow thank you so much for the detailed help! It seems astrologers are 50/50 on my marriage situation. 50% say no marriage and 50% say I’ll marry in saturn MD. I hope I can counteract my mars Ketu conjunction somehow.

Is there anything good about having mars & Ketu in 2nd at all???

Right now at this point in life I’d rather have money than marriage/love so it’s sad to hear that I’ll struggle financially due to this wicked combination. I’m pretty desperate for money right now. Maybe I’ll marry or date someone for money/comfort rather than trying to find love because love seems immature anyway, could that be possible? Seems like it would be more of an arranged thing.
