Career setbacks.. Any possibility to get a change in career?

Hi dear learned members,

I am facing setbacks in career for the last 3 years. I am working in a leading IT firm in India. However good I work I will get appreciation and good words but when it comes to salary increment or rating or band people who performed less than me gets more and am pushed down the ladder.

I waited 3 years and all the 3 years this happened and still happening. Am just fed up with this corporate policies and all. Now I so badly need a career change or government job. Can you please check if my chart promise a government job? And when can I expect a positive change in my career if am supposed to have it or not... Am ready to work hard. My health condition is also not good now. Please help.......

But my Mercury mahadasa starting was very good for me. Got good ranks academic was very good etc. But when it comes to career everything was shattered.

Now its like am working and my name is not even in the picture.. Someone else work is being shown. Its too much frustrating...
