I am posting dob of a cousin who is struggling in all ways. He is yet to be married and has had no relationships so far. Please guide. Any remedies?

So just a quick glance at the horoscope shows me a few things
1. The dashas in the Jaimini are really long , and it takes 52 years to get to the 7th house dasha
2. In the Jaimini system the sa/Ma mutual aspect repeats which is not necessarily good
3. Did he have marriage prospects at the age of around 22
4. AK (Venus) is exalted in the 2nd house..was he born in a rich family?
5. Possible that he had a lot of female relationships, and didnt want to settle down?

No marriage proposals at 22 as he had a sister ahead of him to be married off at that time.
He is born into a very very affluent family, almost royalty of I can say so.
Absolutely no female relationships, very orthrodox family, family spent the early years looking for an alliance from similar status, later big loss in inheritance during his father's last days, so not too many alliances from same status after that and later ago factor was a draw back.
Very religious, devoted to mom. Father is no more now. Sisters settled. He has created his own business through his own efforts and is independent. Belonged to a very large family but uncles/cousins took all the inheritance. Powerful enemies who he has withstood singlehandedly. Any alliance comes up, his enemies try to stop it.
Financial issues started when he completed 13 years. Lost father at 31. Now mom is his sole support, guide and mentor, a very strong lady, herself from a very affluent background.

Did a large real estate business venture in 1990/91.
He started his own business around 2003/4, from scratch and did not use any family inheritance money. He has built a good clientele and has a good reputation for his business, although it is not very large scale ( his family had large establishments).
He was left a huge legacy by his paternal grandmother in 2003 but hasn't been able to access it due to his enemies.
All his sisters are married (in 1993, 94 and 2001). No other major positive events that I know of. Hope this gives you an idea.

Hi Kevin. Thanks for the chart. Moon denotes enemies , losses from fathers side. Everything there but he could be spiritual minded. Because of a strong mars which is incidentally 3rd house lord too has given him courage to stand against his enemies. Saturn is weak. Mars has compensated for the weakness. Sun being in the Nakshatra of mercury has not given him marriage.
