How important is the angle between atmakaraka and lagna lord?
If they are in 6-8 positions then will there be a constant struggle - soul vs physical plane.
Which planet needs to be stronger?
I have seen astrologers in South India making predictions within a few mins by looking at a chart. Do they recognise Atmakaraka and its implications at all?

Since we are talking about Atmakaraka here. I have atmakaraka dispositor in 5th house and atmakaraka Mars exalted in 12th.
Can you please advise, if an exalted AK and specially being in 12th has any special significance with regards to the Moksha and re-incarnation related analysis.

My sleep patterns are good. However, I do not meditate. But instead I am involved in bhakti. The good part is praying to Lord Hanuman gives me instant results. I think this must be due to Mars as AK.
I was hoping that being an AK it would infact help in spiritual journey.
. I am giving in my details here maybe you can see some other parameters like D-20 etc to guide me through.
