Doubt about chart

I would like to make sure if my chart is correct as nothing seems to be happening as per the chart
DOB 21 DEC 1982
TOB 10:30 AM
POB AHMEDABAD

Some major events that occurred in my life are met with an accident in Sept 2002 and also on new years eve 2004
Went to the usa first time in jan 2007
currently I m jobless and clueless about my life and career

Please advise

did the accident in sep 2002 happen between 12th and 16th ?

I believe the accident happened on the 19th night or 20th early morning and it was pretty bad, I was on bed for 3 months, broke my leg and had a car accident on the 1st of Jan 2004 again it was pretty bad and was lucky to be alive
Are you suggesting that I have to wait till oct 2018 for a job? or something else?
What should I do in the meanwhile?
I have been suggested that I should try for foreign land settlement in 2018 as it will be beneficial, also I cant wait till oct 2018 to try for foreign lands as my visa would expire till that time
