Good career and when?

Can the native have a stable career. What type of career is best suitable.
Native is currently working in government office on contract from past 2 years. Can he get permanent job in government.
The native education below average. He completed his graduation with less marks. What is the reason for this stuggle in education.

Will he be able to survive without anyone help?

Native is my cousin and he is not having any difficulty with his father and father exists. All are worried about his future please your valuable response.

In my opinion his father is not strict to look after his discipline and secondly his friends have spoiled him.
