BTR Please!! Fix my ascendant...

Hi All! I request a BTR as My Birth time is 9:30 AM.
I see the shift of lagna at 09:27 AM.
My birth details-

DOB- 02 oct 1985
TOB-09:30 AM(scorpio Lagna) or 09:27AM(Libra lagna)
POB: Kanpur(UP) india

Important events in my life-

Good:
1. My school education has been good.passed 12th in june 2003 with 85%.
2.Joined bachelor of engineering(electrical) in september 2005 and finished in july 2009.
3.Got placed in a multinational company in januray 2008 through campus placements.
4. joined my job in march 2010.
5.during job ,Initial period was not good but I got good recognition around may-2012 to may 2013.

Bad:
1. On 10 June 2007 my grandmothers died(both paternal and maternal on the same day)
2. My paternal grand father died on 30/8/2013.
3. Sudden and unexpected very painful death of my elder sister on 8 may 2014.
4.Left my job in july 2013 and went abroad for higher eduaction.

I request to please fix my lagna scorpio or Libra?
