Thank you ! I have two doubts.my 7th house lord is jupiter..how could it be saturn?
I have a mutual aspect of retro saturn on venus.Does it give extra marital affairs to me?Does this cause any issues in future? Could you please analyse this combination? Could I enjoy my complete sex drive with my partner?

Regarding venus and saturn aspect. Venus will purify saturn and its bad effects so its good. Retrograde saturn means you have bad karma in past and go through stress during sat dasa/bhukti etc.
For sex life we see 12th house, your 12th house has mercury in good dignity and lord sun is with Jup and ketu. So it will be problematic but since exalted Jup is there it will become good and no big issues. Mercury when alone is a big benefic so all is well.
