Thank you for this forum. I needed help finding out time of my birth, as a difference of 1 minute or even few seconds changes my ascendant from Leo to Virgo. My details are:
Place: Baroda
Date: 7th August 1991.
Birth time we believe is 09:09 AM (Leo). But if you make it 09:10AM, or even few seconds past 09:09AM, then my ascendant becomes Virgo and house placement changes. My grandma noted time at the time of my birth, but in the days of analogue watches, you can never really be too sure if her watch was perfectly timed.
I'm more than happy to tell you my life events if it helps find out my Ascendant.

Hi AstroGuru, many thanks for offering to help. I will answer your questions below:
1. Appearance and Behavior: I am 5'11" and thin. Not skinny, but thin. Used to be skinny. Have numbers in eyes, but not at all extreme. But left eye is weaker than right. But still very mild. Very emotional and can be over friendly with even new people I meet. Can get attached quickly and very naievly believe that every person is good. But since 2015 I can also detach or shrug off the person completely and coldly if I don't get equal affection or respect in return. Relationship with mother was never good since 2002-2003, she is verbally abusive. So perhaps sometimes I try unconsciously to get approval of women. Must note that I get along very well with almost everybody, and liked by most. Not liked by some, but no enemies at all. Always getting along with female company and groups easily since 2009. No problem with guys either. Man of very few close friends. Hardly 5-7 real friends. Liked by the rest too but wouldn't call them friends. Even during school days I was liked in general but kept myself in company of 1-2 best friends only.
Highly interested in the occult and spirituality, parallel dimensions, etc. Meditating religiously everyday 20-40 minutes since March 2016. Great manifestation powers. The results I got in college, I had visualized them 4 months before, every mark in every subject was ditto! I also manifested money and other events just hours after thinking of them. The girl I was pursuing, I saw flashes of engagement ring on her finger in my mind during my meditation. I discarded it since she is single. Few months later I found she 'Used' to be engaged back in 2013 but broke up. Since March 2016 whatever image I have desired ardently and conjured up and placed in my 3rd eye has manifested. Manifested upto 10 lakhs in business funding through miraculous events just by thinking alone.
2. My Fathers Profession and Number of Siblings: My father is a Registrar of a the one and only specialist Goverment University in India, and the only one of its kind in the world. To the extent the goverment has given to him 'Govt. of Gujarat' car. Up till early 2000s he used to be a professor in college. My relationship with him is just like a best friend. In fact more than that.
1 younger brother, 5 years younger than me. Great relationship, although he is sometimes diplomatic and gets more support from mother.
3. Subjects studied and Job: Did BA in Psychology, Diploma in Animation from Gujarat. Masters in Animation from UK. I am an animation artist and a photographer. Passed Masters in September 2014 and wanted to do service. Since September 2014 I am in India.
But in 2015 had a business idea to create a platform that will create more jobs for animation artists worldwide. In August 2017 my business plan and pitch approved by and received endorsement by premier British university for UK's Tier 1 High Value Migrant visa to go to London and launch my startup business. Aiming to go in March 2018. This is the business I attracted 10 lakhs for.
Generally good in studies. But failed miserably during 2003-2004 (in 8th standard), 2004-2005 (9th standard). But did not have to repeat since principal believed I will perform better in 10th (2005-2006). I scored 65% in 10th. And 70% in ISC board March 2009. 2009-2012 I did BA in Psychology where I scored distinction and stood 10th in state. 2013-2014 I went to UK for Masters where I scored Merit (69%). In diploma too I scored A grade.
Last year in August 2016 I was named 1 of Top 200 Best Digital Artists in the World out of 54 countries and 6000 entries. Got lots of newspaper coverage this year in DNA and Times of India in March and April 2017 for the same. UK university also featured me in the 'Proud Alumni' campaign.
Money flow keeps fluctuating and not stable. But I see it stabilizing in the next month or so.
4. Major events with exact dates:
Had mild Asthama and weak health during childhood and early teens. Had gallbladder removal surgery in May 2012 due to 16mm gallstones. Since then health is fine, but a little weak digestion if I consume too much fatty food. But overall great. No more asthama or anything. Unfortunately I like eating too much fast food. Becoming more conscious now. But health since 2012 has been more or less good touch-wood.
5. Love life:
I am Hindu, was close to Muslim girl during college (2009-2014). Very close and great chemistry. But she didn't wanna date. But we remained close until she got married in 2015. After that friendship also broke. Since then no luck in girls department. Yes there are quite a few who like me but I don't like them, and the couple I liked since 2015 didn't show interest. The one I said I saw vision about her engagement in my meditation - I was pursuing her since April 2016, I saw great signs and 'improbable' synchronicities towards her. Real soulmate signs. But it was taking too long and when she hung up the phone on me in May 2017, I decided not to contact her any further, till date. And she has not reached out to me either. Technically more or less I have always been single, never had a proper Girlfriend. Since May 2016 4-5 girls have made it very evident that they like me, or perhaps even love me. But I am not interested in them romantically. Quest is on.

Secondly, if I am not asking for too much, an astrologer told me I have Vipareet Rajyoga, Dhana yoga and Buddhaditya yoga. But my Jupiter is aspected by saturn and my moon is weak. Are you able to confirm if I have these yogas and if they will be activated in the coming times? I'd love to know about my startup prospects that I am launching in London in March - April 2018. Financial prospects next year and in future overall. That's all.

It doesn't look like you are Leo, its a fiery sign and has high level of energy. From what you wrote you have variable or fluctuating levels of energy.
You mentioned the third eye opening in your meditation practices. Do you remember what are the gold and white emblems that appear when you focus on the root? Are they lustrous? do they causing wet dreams in you, and if so how often is it happening? Do you wake up immediately after Swapna dosh?
Your manipura chakra is overactive and need to be rebalanced. You might try pranic healing if you have the time to devote to strict meditation practices. Otherwise seek a suitable guru, who can guide you.
Can you recollect the exact date of recognition as " 1 of Top 200 Best Digital Artists in the World " ?
Could it be between 4-8 of aug 2016 ?

Hi VedicMaths, many thanks. I made submissions on 7th June 2016 at 12:24PM. Deadline was 15th July. 6000 submissions from 54 countries.
I got email from them notifying me of my selection on 19th August 2016 at 3:52PM Indian time. There were 8 Jury members. So selections were made sometime between 16th July and 19th August I guess.
- In January 2017 I had a big sale of my single photograph for US$15000 (10 lakhs INR). Sale happened on 17th January 2017 in California USA (where the client is based). I had been desiring money for my startup 2 months prior to that.
- Also I forgot to mention that I am very very very lazy. But most of the times I have calculated and visualized in my mind the next steps, next goal, how will I go about achieving it, etc. And I go onto accomplish it, although I don't even put half as much hard work as much as my contemporaries do.
- I don't care about money one bit. Neither do I care about saving, or investing my money; nor do I keep a tab on balance in my bank account. I believe money is like cat, the more you chase it the more it eludes you. The less I care about money the more it comes. I just know that if I want to create wealth or get money, I will anyway. No need to worry about it.
- I have super duper interest in paranormal, occultism, spirits, parallel dimensions, etc. I have also done some experiments with reality bending, read lots of books and seen documentaries with keen interest.
- I am also very emotionally detached. I don't feel like crying even when dear ones pass away. But when I miss them later I cherish the memories we had. But I never found myself crying or sobbing at the 'loss' of someone.
- My mom's health has always been very poor, since 2004. Rheumatoid arthritis, then chickun gunia, then tuberculosis, then bell's palsy partial facial paralysis (temporary). She is a working woman with great name in her industry. But very poor health. My dad and mom are in verbally abusive marriage (mom abuses dad). My dad has a robust health. 54 but no issue at all - not even BP or diabetes.
- I am very close to my high school history teacher whom I met first in June 2007 in 11th grade. But since then he has become more like my best friend. He is very spiritual and unmarried. He nudged me in the direction of meditation last year. Sometimes we sit for hours and hours or perhaps entire day discussing books, Osho, metaphysics, etc. He even knows which girl gives me lift and which one doesn't. Lol. What am I upto and what not. In short he knows more about me and what's happening in my life than my own biological father. His name is Ravinder and he is in his early-mid 60s.
- Since my post-graduation in 2014 I am in India wanting to go back abroad on work visa. But nobody sponsored my visa saying I was a junior artist with no experience. In the meanwhile I received 2 offers from within India which I declined due to low salary and poor working conditions of animators in India. Although I was making money via freelancing, my mom used to be very worried these 3 years. And now all of a sudden I have received UK's Tier 1 visa which is High Value Migrant category. Only 2000 visas issued in a year, of which 89% is rejection rate. Not only can I work on my startup in London, but I can also take up full time employment with unrestricted hours. My endorsement application was approved on 18th August 2017 at 7:18PM Indian time. I was trying for Tier 2 work visa all this time but didn't get it. Last year I had a startup idea which stemmed from my own experience in this industry - I created a business plan, conducted customer surveys, created prototypes, etc. Not with intention of going to UK. But I just wanted to do something for the artist community. Then all of a sudden I saw this visa category while browsing, checked the criteria and applied with all my material.
I successfully received the endorsement for the highest category and the by-product is that it also includes unlimited work hours if I want to take employment while working on my own startup.

Many many thanks ChandraLagna. My hair are black, but dry, hard and rough. I also have very very few white hair strands. My dad had white hair at very early age. But my growth has stopped so it doesn't look like I completely inherited the heredity.
I am 5'11" which I believe is tall. But my father is 6'2" that is taller than me. My younger brother who is 21 is also 6' so an inch taller than me. But 3 of us are comfortably taller than most of male members on father's side. Father is the tallest amongst all.

To me, your ascendant appears to be Virgo rasi & Capricorn navamsa, based on the details of your appearance. Getting the actual Time of birth is a lot more hard work.
I am no expert whatsoever but I believe you are a Leo Ascendant mostly because you say you are a little detached and also philosophical. I have seen many Leo Ascendants being on a path of their own and also believe in some sort of spiritual endeavour which could be anything. Virgo's are over caring and put a lot of burden on themselves. It's very rare to see a Virgo person being unattached. Also additionally Mercury in the first house suggests interest in occult which fits in to the scheme of things if you are a Leo Lagna person.
Taking into account some personal examples also of people born in Leo and Virgo, you seem to fit the framework of Leo better. Thus, I guess you are a Leo Ascendant.

Just received a marriage proposal (indirectly via via mom's colleague's sister's daughter) but the girl is 10 years younger to me. This was 2-3 days ago. What do you guys make of this?
