I am sorry but for the details provided I am getting Virgo Lagna with lagna lord Mercury in sixth house with Sun. I don't get sixth lord Saturn in the sixth house. Please clarify.

yes i understood but querent wrongly wrote it in his post that 6th lord saturn in 6th. my prediction based on virgo lagna only.6th lord saturn[litigation]with 11th lord moon aspected by 3-9th lord Mars[karaka for properties].saturn causes delay but not denied the final out come[winning of the case].As he conjuncted with moon,the case is dragged to further delays.Lagna lord and 12th lord in 6th gives vipareeta rajayoga to native.Hope you are very clear now.
