Hi,
"Neech bhang" and "neech bhang raj yoga" are different.
In your chart, there is neech bhang of Jupiter due to the placement of Saturn in ascendant and Moon in 10th house.
But it will not turn into raj yoga.
For that,
- Saturn/Moon/Mars conjunction/aspect are required,
- Jupiter must be in own/exalted navamsa,
- planets creating the cancellation should not own/aspected by the rulers of/be conjunct with/ the 6th/8th/12th houses.
check "Neecha Bhanga Raj Yoga"
If the debilitated planet fulfills the following conditions, it can create a Neech Bhanga Raj Yoga.
If the lord of the sign occupied by a debilitated planet and The Lord of the exaltation sign of the debilitated planet be in a quadrant from the Moon sign.
If the debilitated Planet is conjunct with the Exalted Planet
If the debilitated planet is aspected by the lord of that sign.
If the debilitated Planet is Exalted in Navamsa Chart.
The planet which gets exalted in the sign where a planet is debilitated is in a Kendra
from the Lagna or the strong Moon sign.
