Mahadasha of exalted saturn when it is the 4th dasha - is it good or bad?

I'm under Jupiter dasha till 2020. Though it's my lagna-lord, it is placed in 12th house with Ketu and Sun. I guess that isn't good. And I am under Sade sati till Dec-2017. So far it has been a bad period. I was told my Saturn dasha will be very favorable. But recently I came across an article saying, if Saturn dasha happen to be the 4th dasha, it will be very bad. Apparently my Saturn dasha comes as 4th. Can anyone analyze my chart and tell me if thing will get better after Sade Sati and will my Saturn dasha be favorable.

I don't have an elder sibling. I have a younger sister. She had a bad marriage and just got a divorce.
