There is no problem with Sun in 7th house. The chart is showing health problems for mother, issue's related to property, concern for younger siblings and brother.

Yes Venus in 8th would bring obstructions and separation in marriage.
The chart doesnot have the promise of normal marriage. Marriage can be delayed.

mercury is the problem. Mer 8 h in D-1 and 6 h in navamsa.
Sun Ok as aspected by jupiter .

With my limited knowledge of astrology I believe a weak Mercury may lead to poor speech and some problems in professional life.
Will it also have some hampering effect on personal(married) life?
