Influence of gulika over charecter and life events in a chart

hello astrologers, Can any one explain why south Indian charts that created with scientific astrology software are showing different position(rashi/ house and star) of gulika(maandi) from that created with jagannatha hora software which treats gulika and maandi as different.

eg : 1. gulika(maandi) is in 4th house leo in magha nakshathra(for date of birth 09/march/1975 11.21 am, madras) in scientific astrology software where as gulika is in pushya(3) and maandi in ashlesha(2) ie in 3rd house with jagannatha hora software.
2. gulika(maandi) is in 4th house Sagittarius in mula nakshathra(for date of birth 7-sept-1943 7:24:0.AM, cherthala, alleppey) in scientific astrology software where as gulika in jyeshta(1) and maandi in jyeshta(4) ie in 3rd house with jagannatha hora software.
3. gulika(maandi) is in 4th house cancer in pushya nakshathra(for date of birth 17-sept-1964 21:40:0.AM, kottayam) in scientific astrology software where as gulika in punarvasu(3) and maandi in pushya(2) ie in 3rd house with jagannatha hora software.

since gulika house lord and the stars as well as planets connected with gulika / its house lord indicates worse influence during the prediction part , how much trust worthy is it if the same is recorded in different way?
