correct time birth

Hello, im unsure about my birth time.. my dob certificates says 14.30pm on August 1st 1985.

Key events

Had a bicycle accident in between 1997-98, cannot remember , has a scar on the left side
Repeat some classes in 2001, 2002 - i did not show much interest in studiese
Completed high school in 2005
Joint university in 2006 - showing highest interest to succeed and passed with highest scores in most subjects
Met my wife around 2008
Completed degree in 2010 - passed with honours
Lost job in August 2010
Joined new job in Feb 2011
Engaged in 28th April 2013
Joined new job May 2013
Married in 7th May 2016
Wife left home on 21st june 2017 due to arguments
Divorces hearing on court is on 31st October 2017
Currently i got job changes and new contract as from 19th September 2017
