5th lord in 12th can show some kind of loss relating to children.
Other than that, a firm prediction is difficult. Weak moon in 5th in rasi
aspected by mars can show abortions.

" birth of child " is more related to a female and hence i assumed that the
query was from a female.

For a male, Sun and its arudas are seen apart from the affliction to the fifth house
just as we see for a female.

You may start worrying about these things after few years as you are young.

XD thanks a lot .. Im just really curious abt the occult and stuff related to my future .. as u know saturn is over my moon now ..and it makes things so difficult to me.

I started worrying a lot even if Im young but I always want to prepare myself.. I want also to know lot of things regarding my wife and the marriage as I continue to study vedic astrology and nakshatras it s a really fascinating field ..

You are very young so dont go into astrology very seriously and D7 will change with in minutes so its diffuclt to predict unless correct birth time . 5th lord in 12 means no loss it can be children rasised in foreign lands etc
Rahu ketu axis in D7 can shows some kind of problems at time of birth of child but don't worry too much

Mars in shuddajala and ascendant sun in ghrita shows saptamsa is strong and children will do good in their life

Anyway child birth is depends on spiuse chart more so dont worry at this point of time
