Multiple exchange of houses in navamsha - impact

Hi

I have noted that i have got multiple exchange of houses in Navamsha chart, for example there is an exchange between 2nd and 3rd lord (mars and jupiter) and 4-th and 12-th lords (saturn and mercury).

Mars is my 5-th and 12-th lord in natal , where as jupiter is lagna and 4-th house lord, likewise mecury handles 7-th and 10th houses where as saturn owns 2nd and 3rd house.

natal chart positions is as follows

Mars and Mercury - 12th house
Jupiter - 8-th house
Saturn - 9-th house

4th and 12th exchange from the natal chart is generally considered as home away from nativeland (foreign lands etc, away from immediate family). I am not sure if this holds even for Navamsha.

Please see the exchange in D-1 only, D-9 is one among the harmonic chart where such rules/yogas are not applicable.
