Need advice on job change

Hi,

I have recently made a change in my job profile internally in my company. This movement was in Jan 2017 last week. However I am not comfortable due to the team environment and excessive pressure and want a change. My earlier role was in Finance and current role is in Product Management in a Bank.
Request an advise whether it is a right time to look for another change. Also should i try looking out or I should request for an internal shift.

DOB: 24 Sep 1979
Time of Birth: 8:35AM
Place of Birth: Lucknow
Current place of stay: Mumbai

Also, growth (both financial and designation wise) has been a concern despite receiving positive feedback from seniors.
