he will improve from 2019 July. You have to do the following remedies.
1. He should wear pearl to the little finger on a Monday with opening at the back. It should be a silver ring.
2. You must perform japa dana and homa for Saturn, Jupiter, Rahu and Ketu immediately.
3. Get vishnu sahasranama recited by a Brahmin for 108 days at least in a balaji or Vishnu temple.

The native developed this mental illness in october-december 2012 period.
The doctors said it was due sudden chemical reactions in his brain(upon thorough check the use of drugs was ruled out as a reason).
The only probable cause ascertained was continuous mental stress due to a bad family environment & career setbacks.
Both these problems were confirmed astrologically.
