The native is highly qualified (MBA from a reputed university in the USA). started job in her domicile city, Sydney in May 2016, received excellent reviews from bosses but everything changed in December 2016 after arrival of new external consultant. She is being given a very hard time, fault finding constantly, affecting morale and confidence. She has now been threatened with firing from job if she does not improve her performance. When will this situation ease? Will she get a new job soon?
she has started dabbling in music, creating youtube channel, singing in small venues etc. will this take off in the future?
any inputs will be gratefully accepted.

She will find some relief from October 10th of this year. From Feb 15th of next year, she will have wonderful career growth. She will also find improvements in musical life from Feb 15th.
