Can we use Mandook dasa in charts which have 4 planets including a node in a quadrant ? In otherwords the 4th planet in the conjunction is a node.

Mandooka dasa is reckoned either from the ascendant or descendant, whichever is stronger. The other two quadrants have no role. In Jaimini astrology sign[Rashi] use to give the aspect, not the planet. Planet aspect only due to the sign[ Rashi] not the independent aspect, one like in Prashari astrologyMandooka dasa is reckoned either from the ascendant or descendant, whichever is stronger. No, Rahu and Ketu should not be considered in the applicability of Mandook dasha.
