Hi respected astrologers,
I will be 32 this year but still not settled in career inspite of having very good education.
Started with career in R&D department of steel manufacturing giant and after competing MBA, got in IT and still confused what to do next. Have not got any promotion till now.
Lot of mental turbulence and anxiety in dealing with career issues.
Always think that this field is not right for me and something better can be done but get confused in finding that something.
Financials have been OK (quite less what I could deserve) but seeing my friends getting settled in life creates some pressure.

Missed one opportunity in moving construction/ real estate giant and really regret it.
Somehow, i dont feel a connect with IT because of my different background. Really want to get settled as other responsibilities wll start coming up.
My sun is with mercury in virgo in eleventh house. Is sun weak in eleventh house. I always thought that the problem is because of ketu in lagna which creates confusion.

Your are presently running Ketu antra period which is showing increased expenses or efforts . From jan 2017 Sun mahadasa starts which shows you need to put in more effort for career. Investments should be avoided. Were there increased mental tensions or lowered confidence during 2007-2009 period.

Is there any pooja, gemstone for Ketu.
For mercury, will worshiping lord Ganesha will help. Is not the mercury lord of 8th and 11th malefic for scorpion ascendant.
@ravinder - Thanks for your response. I am ready to put efforts in my career field but currently I am very much confused and directionless. I am becoming quite ambitious day by day but not able to get the focus. Thinking of restarting my self to get a new beginning. Confidence has been a critical issue for me. Plagued by fear and anxiety most of the time. As such nothing major happened between 2007-09.
Can anyone help me how to deal with Ketu in lagna which drastically reduces my potential in this materialistic world.

Rajaram, your 12th house is extremely strong. You have wasted lots of time in India. Better you can go abroad and live happily.

coupled with Gulika closer to lagna than ketu ( which you worry ) seem to be
convincing reasons for lack of concentration.
Moon has strong paksha bala which could be used to advantage by adopting to meditation.
Venus dasa is almost over ( 95 % ). With a different ayanamsa, you are already into Sun dasa.

The opportunity came at end of septemeber 2014 and i was not able to clear the final interview on 2nd oct 2014 and that too because of my resistance to change...
