I have Me-14 deg in 12th house with Rahu-29 deg. My Ra-Me time will start May-17.
I faced very challenging time in Ra-Sa period. Is the next period of Ra-Me more painful or positive?
Since 12th house signifies negative stuff like isolation,expenses etc.....
can i hope any positive result during this period of Ra-Me like foreign travel on work assignment?
one more thing...is Mercury Neecha/Debilitated in my meena lagan kundli?

You have a wonderful chart, execpt placement of Mer+Rahu. This will cause you to think about and visit foreign places which is not required IMHO.
The best practice would be to keep on working diligently leaving thought of foreign assignment aside. Let the time come on its own.
