In March this year I have taken movement into a new department in my company. But I am facing lots of challenges working in this department.
Also I want to change my job and switch company. I want to go abroad for job.

Request somebody to please suggest when things will be better and when I will get a new job.

Credit of Whatever I do or work goes to others. I never get credit of whatever I have done.
