Remedies for afflicted 9th House

Hi esteemed members,

I do have Rahu conjunct Venus in 9th house (in the sign of cancer) of my natal birth chart . I am a Scorpio Ascendant, Thula Rashi.

Some Say 9th house is afflicted and it's Pitru Dosha and some say it's Purva Janma Shaap.

I am kinda confused but one thing is clear, always luck deceives and lots of things just slip away at the last minute.

Please suggest some remedies for this Rahu affliction and do I have any of the above ?

Yes I am male, married and yet to have children

Relationship with father is cordial but I have been away from home since I am 18

Father's health is ok, he did suffer a paralytic stroke few years ago but has recovered since then

Venus in dual sign with rahu is not good - Not good in what aspects of life or its entirely not good in any aspects of life

Why I asked about children was your 5th lord as well as putra karak jupiter is deep combust within 1 degree from sun, loses in planetary war with sun, also is in papa kartari between rahu and sat. So you may offer paryers to your istadev or Mahavishnu and read Vishnusahasranama daily or on thursdays.
