Actually I see all negatives in my chart with no exalted planets, not even in their own house:
Lagna lord Mercury combust, retrograde and in gandata.
Venus under heavy malefic aspects(Mars, Saturn and Rahu) and badly placed
Jupiter combust(probably), in Virgo with Saturn
Moon received 10th aspect from Saturn
Sun debilitated and in gandata
I don't get desired results of my hard work. No promotion for the past 4 years even though got top ratings. In general there is a lot of mental struggle. I generally think a lot and as a result unable to sleep. I still behave immaturely, have low self confidence and think negatively. I have also started thinking a lot of things money and material things and this cause insecurity and anxiety.
Wonder when will things improve.

Hello Swarnimji - Some feedback that I forgot to share. There is slight improvement in my job and I am now part of a Data Analytics/Science project and went to Europe(10/16 - 10/23) for some knowledge transfer. However, my manager has changed yet again, this is the 4th time in less than 4 years this has happened possibly hampering my chances of promotion further. So there is no monetary and status improvement. As suggested my you I chant "Shri Ram" whenever possible.

Swarnimji, Sujitji and Learned astrologers - I have decided to leave my paternal home(joint family home - My brother, his family, my family and parents) due to the constant tension because of misunderstandings, miscommunications and lack of flexibility/accommodating nature of family members. Sir sorry but the above prediction will not come true. Received the lowest rating in last 4 years and my new manager shared that my last manager hasn't recommended me for promotion. So it is all very hopeless

I would like to request an insight on my charts and advice how long the uncertainty shall prevail.
I have been recently married and in order to move with my husband I had to leave my job in India but now since a month there is an uncertainty around my work as I don't seem to be getting any jobs locally that match my caliber or profile and in the interim my existing company isn't accepting my resignation but asking me to join them back. I can't go back to the exiting job as it means staying away from Family so it is a conflicting situation for me. I am very active in career and this sudden break has caused a lot of stress lately and is impacting my new life as well.
Can you please guide me on this aspect.

Feedback Swarnimji, astroanjanji and others - Have been offered a position with good 40% hike with a startup(200 odd people) last week, and I have resigned from my current company yesterday. The joining will most likely be in second week of September. Feeling anxious and tensed more than usual as I have not worked with small organizations in the past. Hope everything goes OK
