Thanks Karthikji! I am into I.T., Software Development in particular. I m not sure if I can switch into speculative activities now, not sure if stars have that too in store in the future. How do you see my chances of a good job change in 2016?

If you don't mind me asking is your height less than average around 5-3 5-4 range ? I mean you are not tall and can be said less than medium height.

So you are tall as per Indian standard. The reason I asked is because of a theory that Moon in Lagna causes stunted growth , round face, good hair growth on head. But since you aren't maybe Gemini in Lagna gave you fair growth despite the above. Thanks for clarification though.

Swarnimji, I knew you will help me. Thanks for answering my distress call time and again. Sir on the reading part, I m unable to understand if this eventful period is good or bad for me. I m in high level of dissatisfaction and mental unrest since April last year. Although I have learned a lot of new technologies like Big data/Data Science but I have not been able to get much practical experience in them. The mental tension is also due to job loss worries as our company(a big telecom major) is suffering losses and has announced layoffs worldwide in the order of 25K. To make things worse I don't share a good rapport with my current Manager. This is the reason why I m looking for a job change. Also, I m not sure why after every two-three years such instability in Career creeps in.

Lagna lord Mercury combust, retrograde and in gandata.
Venus under heavy malefic aspects(Mars, Saturn and Rahu) and badly placed
Jupiter combust(probably), in Virgo with Saturn
Moon received 10th aspect from Saturn
Sun debilitated and in gandata
I don't get desired results of my hard work. No promotion for the past 4 years even though got top ratings. In general there is a lot of mental struggle. I generally think a lot and as a result unable to sleep. I still behave immaturely, have low self confidence and think negatively. I have also started thinking a lot of things money and material things and this cause insecurity and anxiety.
Wonder when will things improve.

Hi Respected senior members,
I have a similar issue, I lost my previous job in Dec 2015 and after struggling for 4 months I got my current job. And now I am losing interest in my current job and looking out for another job. I feel that I have a unstable career and feel insecure. Please help when will things get settled down.
