Its not only 10th but you must also look in to 2nd and 11th houses as well.

Shukra in 10th house is with malefic Ketu can bring some stress to stay abroad.
Current dasa is ruled by Mercury is placed in dusthana. It can bring some tension to job.
Future Sun maha dasa can be better.

When I will change my job and get growth in career. I am on the same position from many years.

Credit of Whatever I do or work goes to other. I never get credit of whatever I have done.

I understand that there can be stress moving abroad. But is there any chance for working abroad for global career.
