8L Saturn in 5H and with 5th lord Mars. Jupiter the 9th lord in 8H is the reason Mars- Jupiter Nk exchange and Jupiter in 8H is confirming the delay.

I'm Andy, My wife and I are going through a very tough time since Dec'2015.

Her 5L sun is in 5H but conjunct with Mercury the 6L[ disease] and Saturn the 11L aspecting the 5H and 5L Sun from the 8H. Kindly consult a doctor regarding this issue. Presently she is under Venus -Mercury-Jupiter and Jupiter is aspecting the 5H in Rashi chart Navmansha and Saptamsha. she may concieve again before 14-08-2016. Ask her to do Hanuman Chalisa regularly.

I analyze chart through K.P. system, in principal your wife's chart looks pretty decent with lots of spiritual intents

5th cusp falls in Cancer sign

In her chart... Ravi, Shukra, Budha in rapt conjunction, Ravi becomes the sixth cusp lord, Budha has cusps of 3 and 4th.. so Budha is 3rd and 4th lord

always joint results ( She is running Shukra dasa so, 2,3,4,6 results of bhavas will come through always)

5th cusp lord results not happening in Shukra dasa
