Hi,
First let me say that this forum has helped me a lot in the past. Hence I am placing another question here --
I want to complete a technical project, which is getting delayed time and again. Please can you let me know when is a good time to start that project , so that it will meet with success.

DOB 17- sept-1973
TOB 12:10pm

Are you free to choose any date/week/month available for your own or any restrictions of any kind?
Secondly will you start it afresh or just join the ongoing project?
