What impact in terms of finding love can you expect from Rahu- Saturn dasha when Saturn is in the 1st house of a birth chart?

There isn't enough information in your question to answer to that. But, my long lasting romantic relationship started in the Rahu-Sat dasha only, so, there is no issues with that I guess. Of course, depends on individual charts and transits.
