Was there any improvement in ur career after June 2015?
As of now, I feel the career shd go at the same pace.
However u shd be careful in Apr 2016 as then you'll have PD of mars who's debi in D-10
& This is a time of problems in career.

Thanks a lot for your inputs. There has been no change in my career post june 2015. Infact, 2015 has been quite the same since January; no salary hike nothing.

Do you see any role change or salary hike this year Also, any chance of foreign travel?

Greetings! 2016 started on mixed note on career front.

Got a salary hike, not that great but yeah something! However, next week got a appraisal rating which was low than expected despite all the hard work. However, a ray of hope shown towards promotion and a small foreign travel.

Are there any chances of same?

In the remaining 2016 you'll have 2 PDs: Rahu (start from May 25th) & Jup (start from Oct 18th).
Rahu is placed in Lagna of D-10 and Jup is 12L placed in 12H.
Both are very conducive for ur career.
Rahu may give you promotion while Jup may give you any foreign visit.
