Sir, can you help me know what my correct navamsa lagna is? I had been thinking forever that it is vargottama lagna but I'm in doubts. What if it is Capricorn as I could have been born a few minutes earlier to the reported time. I always did my calculations regarding marriage, career, happiness, luck and well-being considering the default navamsa chart. My mother doesn't tell me absolute time but look here are my details - 9 Nov 1990, 13:50, Cuddapah, India.
When I consider the ascendant nakshatra pada suppose that it says pada 3 from the reported time then the physical trails tell that the person has depressed cheeks but I have an above average fat over my cheeks and they are not very skinny or thin. From pada 2 it says the person is fairer in appearance. Some people have told me I look fair but I'm actually in the middle of fair and dark skin as seen on my face.
Strong sun...Low self esteem...members kindly help

Thank you sir, sure I can let me think and present them below.
Born 1990 : for the first 2-3 years I lived mostly with my grandparents and mother. Then moved for an year to Karnataka when my dad was transferred to that place. Meanwhile I went to school in parts probably it was nursery. I don't remember much but I had great friends both in my grandparents town and the place where we moved later. Everybody loved me so well including all of my relatives.
1993 : My dad got an opportunity to work abroad for a period of 5 years in a popular country in Africa.
1994 : Towards the end of the year my brother was born and very soon we moved to Africa together as a family.
1996 : During my winter vacation I visited UK and USA to visit my uncles. Was a wonderful trip and really enjoyed.
1998 : Past 4 years in Africa I had studied in an Indian school and fared average in academics. Whilst I won first prizes in drawing, art and handwriting competitions. I also had a chance to be part of an admirable dance performance as a group for the annual day which was later performed in front of international audience. Once again during that year's winter vacation we visited even more countries and places again in addition to USA and UK. Enjoyed so much.
1999 : Returned to India after new year and I was forced to complete my grade 3 in the small town to pass and receive an admission for next grade in the upcoming city where we would shortly move towards. Shockingly, I studies very well and stood first for the short term I studied there in school and it was hardly 2 months left with just the final term exam to write. My mother trained me so well that I started to study very sincerely since then that even though I haven't been liking India very much and couldn't adjust so well I had performed great in academics.
2000-2001 : Moved to Hyderabad and performed very well in academics that people started respecting me a lot including my friends. There was a lot of support.
2002-2006 : Started feeling depressed slowly but it was never too early to deny and stop being good in my daily activities. Although there were issues here and there which occurred to demolish my feelings a major part of them were from my friends with whom my relations started to fade and my rejected friend for no proper reason on my side and yeah she was a girl.
2006-2008 : Completely drained performance in academics. Lost interest and passion in studies. Had taken my board exams as granted and moved to a hostel in a town out of sheer depression and frustration.
2008-2012 : Moved to another popular city in South India for graduate studies. Life was OK in the beginning but gone haywire towards the end. Cancelled my dream of studying abroad due to depression again. Offered a mediocre job in placements but refused to join and work.
2013 : Very depressed I reluctantly agreed to do higher studies in India itself. Moved along with family to another popular city in South India. Completed my studies and was a offered a job in placements.
Present : Job is mediocre. Having mixed feeelings and depression has not ended completely although I know how to look at this world now. From the beginning or mid of 2013 I started to learn more on philosophy through books and Internet. Gradually I evolved as a mature mind that knows higher knowledge through an interest in philosophy. In 2013 went to pilgrimage at Varanasa with many of my relatives. This was first time I had been to such kind of a place in North India. The vibrations were perfect and I fell in love with the place. Currently, I have plans to move abroad for work. Had plan of doing higher studies again in a foreign country but haven't started completely to think in that way yet. Going abroad and working in a respectable firm having a decent job is one of my foremost goals now. Marriage on the cards but I'll have to settle soon before that and only then I would agree to a proposal.
I think these events would help in trying to figure out the above assertion and reason. I have mentioned only the events that have affected me a lot. I know I can't write all of them.

Sure sir, in both the graduation and post-graduation studies I did computer science engineering. Thus, I have a bachelors degree in computer science as well as a masters degree. Sir, can you tell if Mercury is in cancer or Leo in navamsa chart? Can I also know how good my navamsa chart is? I always thought that having a vargottama lagna and Lord Saturn in 11th house with benefic Jupiter is the best thing to have. With Capricorn lagna as in navamsa chart what could be predicted about my spouse, marriage, married life and the life after marriage. Will I change after marriage and become more responsible and successful in life? I'm going to get married soon and my career has just started.

Oh I see thank you sir. But since you said the overall events could be predicted for Capricorn Lagna and engineering studies suit well for Aquarius Lagna, What could be the conclusion. Which is the closest Lagna that matches with both of them? Shall I consider myself as having Aquarius Lagna in D-9. According to my birth chart calculator if I go back 4 minutes in time from my actual reported birth time it changes to Capricorn Lagna. That means 13:46 shows Capricorn and anything past that till 13:50 is Aquarius.

I checked again. Actually most of ur life events are matching from D-1 so I've not used D-9 for them.
For Engg education 5H must connect to Mars/Sat.
Taking Capricorn Lagna of D-9, Ven is posited in 5H as 5L having no connection with Mars /Sat.
Hence I feel Aquarius Lagna of D-9 is better fit.
Plz be sure of that rest of the events are also matching.
