Venus 8th House Taurus

Hello,

What are the effects of Venus in the 8th House in Taurus? Its Venus's own sign and its lord of the first house too i.e Libra.
Is it good or bad being in own house? I have heard that 8th house is a dushtana house.

I have this placement in my chart, only Venus is in Aquarius (friendly sign) and not in his own sign. But Venus is in the 8th house and all my past relationships have been a little secretive - secretive in the sense that the rest of the world is largely unaware of it. And I am told this will be the trend for life.

In my chart, both venus and mercury are sitting in the 8th house and that I am told gives me a lot of inclination to study occult stuff, including but not limited to astrology. Venus in the 8th house can bring some peculiar relationships, but in your chart, she is sitting in her own house which makes her strong. Also, Venus is your lagna lord so the 8th house of transformation holds a lot of significance for you. Your life might be characterised by a lot of transformative changes, perhaps based on relationships.

I also heard through KRS videos that Venus in the 8th can make the native prone towards extra-marital affairs and secretive relationships while already being involved with someone. So you need to take care to avoid that scenario. Venus in 8th is not the best placement for a lagna lord, but venus is a benefic and doesn't necessary do bad in the 8th house. Venus is also very strong in your chart sitting in her own house. But 8th lord in 8th house might not be a good placement. Your relationships may teach you a lot of lessons that you may be here to learn. You could gain assets from your in-laws because 8th house also represents in-laws. You could be excessively interested in subjects like death, sex and the occult. Venus in the 8th might make a person overly sexual in their thoughts. Just try to avoid a hedonistic approach to life and this will serve you well.

Yes one thing is sire that I suddenly got interest in astrology some years ago. Also i have an interest in occult, ghosts, past life, spirituality etc.

And yes sometimes i have tremendous sexual thoughts. I have had 3 to 4 relations all gfs but faced disappointment always in the end.

Venus from 8th in taurus looks at my 2nd house in scorpio which is empty. What does venus do with its 7th aspect can you please elaborate.

I am yet to get married and would surely like to be away from any extra marital relations.

• LordS OF THE Quadrant or Trine are in their exaltation signs in 3rd ,6th ,8th ,11th or 12th house.
• If three or more than three planets are placed in 6th ,8th or 12th house with one evil house lord but there should be no benefic planet
• If an evil house lord is in its Mooltrikona in 6th ,8th or 12th house
• Two or more evil house owners are placed in an evil house together.
• If in all quadrants there are evil planets and in evil houses benefic planets.
• All planets come to one side of Rahu and Ketu (It is also called Kaal Sarpa yoga and under some circumstances it creates extremely strong Vipreet Rajyoga).
• 6th, 8th, 12th or 3rd house lords in their sign of exaltation in quadrants or trine.
• All the planets sits under the degree of 5 or over 25 in Kundali or birth charts.
So there will be Vireet Rajyogas in the above mentioned conditions few more conditions are also there related to 2nd house and 7th house and Navmansha which will be explained in the proceeding chapters of this book with examples.
The intensity of Vipreet Rajyogas on the house wise is as follows
• 6th ,8th and 12th houses are worst houses
• 3rd and 11th house partially evil
• 2nd and 7th house conditionally evil

I have venus alone in 8th house taurus. Also a debilitated Jupiter in 4th house capricorn.

Jupiter is exalted in my navamsa. In birth chart saturn ketu in lagna libra, moon rahu in 7th aries, mars sun in 9th gemini, mercury in 10th cancer.

Does anyone of these produce a neech bhanga raj yoga?

What about mutual aspect. Venus yuti saturn in 8th getting aspects of retrograde Jupiter in 2nd. Jup owns 8th house and 12th house while aspecting its moolatrikona via 7th aspect. Venus is vargothama and pusharamsa as well. Jupiter is ardra Nakshatra. For Taurus ascendant.

I too have this but in my D10. I'm kind of new to Vedic astrology, so I was just wondering does anyone know what this wld mean...BTW I also have Jupiter, Rahu , & Mars alongside venus in 8th house in Taurus. Also my ascendant is Libra if that helps.. Thnx
