In mind from our community but not sure because we have already asked for her proposal once before with no luck. Will he get married within the community. He is well settled abroad. I cudnt understand the term "I do have issues with my paperwork"
As per the chart of ur brother, Rahu is placed in 7H of D-1 & D-9 so there must be unconventionality of any sort in his marriage. He may go for inter-caste, inter-religion marriage.
Further there may be some issues in his marital adjustments as 7L Jup is in 8H and get aspected by 8L Mars in close degrees. The debilitation of karaka for marriage Ven is also aggravated the problem.
The current time is very conducive for the marital results. The current dasha is Rahu-Mer.
Rahu is placed in 7H of D-1 & D-9. Mer is 7L of D-9.
PD of Rahu is also connecting to 7H and the next PDL Jup (from July 2016 onwards) is natal 7L.
So its a very gud time for his marriage.
